Description: It is apparent that jensen was strongly influenced by the forms and decorative motifs of Danish silver from early times. In some of Jensens designs the influenceof the Scandinavian baroque of the late-seventeenth and early-eightteenth centuries is also strongly evident. This is particularly apparent in this wonderful Lidded Wine Cooler with feet and finials in the shape of seedpods and pinecones Interestingly this piece was exhibited with Ruhlmann in Paris 1930s
