Description

By Y. Konoike. Marvelous heavy weight fluted punch bowl with applied prunus trees. Twelve cups with scroll handles chased en suite in high relief sit in indentions of the large partly-hammered circular tray. The tray's everted rim is applied with prunus branches above four matted bracket feet. Punch ladle applied with matching foliage. Marked on bases except ladle "Pure Silver Y. Konoike". The ladle signed in Japanese.
